Probiotis Live Cultures is an expertly formulated microbiotic formula (10 Billion CFU*) providing 7 strains of broad spectrum high quality live cultures, including Lab4^®, friendly bacteria with the most UK conducted studies.

Also including Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium for everyday use. Probiotis Live Cultures contains calcium and inulin. Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Directions:

ONE CAPSULE A DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL.

Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

IF YOU ARE TAKING ANTIBIOTICS:

Take 1-2 capsules daily, ideally with a meal, and at least 2 hours separately from the antibiotic. Continue for at least 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics.
