Cinnamon and Fenugreek are botanicals that have been used for thousands of years for their many properties. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is a spice from the dried inner bark of the Cinnamomum tree and Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a fragrant herb of the pea family Fabaceae. Each Cinafen Cinnamon and Fenugreek tablet contains a unique proprietary combination of Cinnamon Extract and Fenugreek Extract.
