Directions To Use Skullcap, Valerian, Passionflower, Chamomile, Hops Liquid 50ml (Night Time Herbs) :

Shake well before use. Place 20 - 30 drops in small amount of warm water or juice and take one to two times a day or as advised by health care professional.
